Nina Green
My name is Nina Gren, I'm Swedish and while I was doing research in Palestine I felt a strong need "to give something back" to all the helpful and welcoming people I'd meet in Deheishe. A nice way to do that was to give English classes at the organization Karama. At different periods, I taught English to women and to a lesser extent to children. Many women in the camp are busy at home taking care of their families and to come to Karama was a good oppurtunity for them to repeat and practice their language skills. And we had lots of fun!
