Jessica Hentschel
My name is Jessica Hentschel. In June 04 I finished the German High School in Berlin and I have worked as a volunteer at Karama in Deheishe for about one year afterwards.
I have chosen that children and women centre especially because of its versatile education and activity programs as well as my personal interest in the local culture, the people and in their situations.
My tasks were e.g. to give English lessons, to work in the office and of course to keep the Karama-Kids busy in a creative, funny and educational way.
